Racquetball vs. Tennis?

I’m thinking about joining a racquetball club or a tennis club . I’ve never played racquetball but I have some experience with Tennis. Comparing the 2 which one would help in making more abdominal and arm strength , supposing if I played for around 1-2 months?

    I have played both, and prefer tennis. Racquetball will give you a pretty good workout, but the strokes are different. Racquetball uses the wrist more and uses chops and underspins quite a bit. You will use your whole arm more in tennis and singles will also give you a pretty good workout.

    Racquetball is a very good cardio workout but if you’re looking to build strength in your arms and stomach muscles then tennis would be the way to go.
