Yeah right. Walk right out. Cause my boots are made for walkin, and one of these days…….
I go to the gym and lift weights for about an hour and then run between 1 and 2 miles on the treadmill on my days off, so about 4 times a week.

I walk. As a matter of fact, I do everything as a senior. Why do you ask?
I used to run 5 miles 5 days a week, go to the gym 5 days,
and do 300 crunches a day. For the past few years my knees have kept me from running, speed walking or sometimes, even walking without intense pain. Now I only lift weights and do the crunches. Just wait til I heal from my upcoming knee surgery and I’ll be out there walking again. ( will never run again) I miss playing tennis too. I quit smoking 2 yrs ago for my children & grandchildren and for my health,
I do nothing. I should walk, but I haven’t felt good lately. I havepain in my legs and hands.
lol you do! thats good..i am not a senior citizen i am 30 but i go to the gym and work out
If God had meant for me to play a game that requires that much jumping and running around, he’d have given me less jiggling jugs.
The most physical thing I do is housework or bowling.
