I am a high-level player, 39 years old. There are players at my club who are in their late 50’s who can hang with me, as well as players who are around 20. There are also a couple of guys in their 60’s who are decent as well, so I would say YES.
While racquetball maybe a sport you can enjoy most of your life, like anything in life, with age you are going to begin to slow down. Even at 39, if you were to take your current skillset and apply it to yourself 20 years ago, you would probably be a substantially better player because of speed, agility and overall energy.
Not really, racquetball is more of a up to 60’s activity. I work in a fitness club that has racquetball and people who hit sixty seem to stop playing around then. It’s not like they they drop back in playtime, they just stop playing period.
